While you are using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address e-mail address and telephone number (“Personal Information”).  We use your Personally Identifiable Information only for providing The Rogue Theatre services and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with this policy.

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This type of information, generally called Log Data, may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. This information is used by The Rogue Theatre to operate and maintain the quality of the Site, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze user behavior on our website.

We will never share your Personally Identifiable Information with a third-party without your permission, or unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on The Rogue Theatre, Inc. or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of The Rogue Theatre; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site, or the public.

The Rogue Theater uses third-party providers to provide its patrons and supporters with information and services.  For example, the Rogue Theatre uses a widely used email communication management software to send information about our productions and operations to people who have agreed to receive communications from The Rogue and a third-party transaction processor to sell season subscriptions and individual tickets to performances and to receive donations. You may be directed through links on the Site to those third-party vendors to accomplish a requested transaction.  While the third-party providers we use for these purposes are widely used in the theatre business, The Rogue Theatre is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site, and to read the privacy statements of each website that collects personally identifiable information.
