Location and Parking for The Rogue Theatre

Plenty of free parking is available beginning one hour before curtain time, in a lot adjacent to the theatre, as shown below. From University Boulevard, turn south onto Herbert Avenue (the alley just east of the theatre) then turn left through a gate into the lot. An A-frame sign at the entrance to the lot will state “Rogue Theatre Parking” and list the lot closing time, allowing theatre patrons adequate time to attend Rogue performances and post-show discussions, if any. At the lot closing time, the gate will be closed and locked. Cars should be removed by closing time or they may be locked in. If a post-show discussion runs beyond the posted closing time, we will not close the lot until a few minutes after the discussion if over. (Note: A sign inside the lot says “721 PARKING ONLY,” but this may be safely ignored during performance times.)

Street parking is limited. Much of the neighborhood is posted with signs requiring a neighborhood parking permit, 24 hours a day. Some parking spaces are available along 5th Avenue and University Boulevard next to The Historic Y, as well as on 4th Avenue.
